Very aphoristic, dark but abstract. Strong tone
ReplyDeletehelps overcome a lack of specific detail. The rhythm is wonderful; the form . . . some lines really kick ass but there needs to be a counterbalance with deatils that are less gothic and understated. Nice play on words in
places--the poems are clever, witty. DDL
